We make machine body structure of SS 2 in 1 mill from stainless steel material and we use mild steel material to make MS 2 in 1 mill.
User can use this 2 in 1 pulverizer for grinding both grain and masala spices like Wheat, Maize, Jawar, Besan, Black Gram, Green Gram, Rice, Dal, Oats, Millet, Rye, Barley, Corn, Ragi, Salt, Sugar, Turmeric, Chili, Coriander, Black Pepper, dried Ginger etc.
We are pulverizer manufacturers of all these machines, which are using different grinding mechanism for grinding the feed product and for that different kind of blades are used, namely stone less cutter blade, stainless steel blade (SS304/SS316). It varies as per the machine. Depending on the type of machine and blade use in the machine, its grinding capacity varies from 15 Kg per hour to 200 Kg per hour.
We use Stainless steel blade SS304, which is the most versatile of all other steel blades, its mechanical properties, chemical composition, corrosion resistance and weldability give an all-round performance with comparatively lower cost. It also possesses a very good low-temperature property and responds well at hardening due to cold working.
Depending on its use, we make the Body of these machines from a different kind of material. These material increases the durability and reduces the maintenance of the machine. We use the different bodies like Stainless Steel (SS) Body, Cast Iron (CI) Body and Mild Steel (MS) Body.
These machines with such a robust body material and Stainless Steel Blades produces a fine less product as required and then the material will pass through the screen kept below to remove the coarser material. Which in turn gives a fine-grained screen size material.
